lewis station WINERY EVENT RULES

The Tasting Room can be rented for private events on Sunday’s ONLY. Please read the following before making an inquiry.

Sundays are available during normal 11 to 3 PM hours. Book early! We are typically booked 3 to 6 months in advance.

The room rental fee is $150 for the 4 hours.

Number of Guests: The Tasting Roon seats up to 45 comfortably.

Carry ins: ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY IN ALCOHOLIC OR NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED.

Food: Food may be brought in during your Sunday rented event only.

Beverages: Lewis Station offers a wide variety of wines, craft beers and sodas for events. If you have a need for a specific beer or soda, please request it during the planning meeting. We are currently working with Hubbleton Brewery to provide quarter or half barrels too. We will provide water in dispensers.
Minimum of $150 in beverages required.

Decorations: Decorating must be done during your 4 hour time period. Decorations must be affixed with tape or other easily removable means, that will not damage our furnishings. All decorations must be removed promptly at the end of the event.

Table Linens: You may bring in your own table linens

Other Services: DJ's, music, entertainment, electrical and other requirements must be discussed at prior to your event. Cost, if applicable, will be determined at that time.

Children: Lewis Station does not have high chairs or booster seats.

Gratuity/Service Fee: An 18% fee will be applied to the final bill.

No event request will be considered without submission of a completed Request Form. Submission of this form to Lewis Station is considered understanding and acceptance of the Event Rules and Fees. It will be your responsibility to communicate the applicable rules to your guest in advance of the event.
